COMPOSITION

Each dose of 1 ml contains:

Modified Stx2e antigen: ≥ 3.2 x 10⁶  ELISA units.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE

Prior to administration, shake ECOPORC^® SHIGA carefully.

A single intramuscular injection (1 ml) to pigs from the age of 4 days. The preferred application site is the neck muscle behind the ear.

It is recommended to use a needle appropriate for the age of the piglets (preferred size 21G length 16 mm).

ADVERSE REACTIONS

Very small local reactions such as mild swelling at the injection site may commonly be observed. These reactions are transient and subside within a short time without treatment. Clinical signs such as temporary mild behavioral disturbances can occasionally be observed after application of ECOPORC^® SHIGA.

After injection, it is common for a slight transient rise in temperature which subsides within a short time without treatment.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Zero days.

PRESENTATION

The vaccine is marketed in 50 and 100 doses presentations.

STORAGE

Store between 2°C and 8°C.

Protected from light.

Do not freeze.

Shelf life after first opening: 24 hours.
